• Keiko and Sarah T are wonderful. One ask I have - you recently changed your online booking options for mani's - I now have to book two separate appts for ecogel mani ans then a 2nd for gel removal. They used to be one combined booking option. The new set up is inconvenient. I prefer to book online vs. call because I can never get through and booking online is so much easier. But now, that I have to book two appts for essentially one service - this is logistically difficult. I've been a member for over 5 years. Hoping you will take this feedback into consideration. Thank you.
