• In chronological order: The reception staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Check in is seamless and fast. The locker room is always clean, though sometimes a bit too cold. The 'relaxation lounge' where you wait for your treatment is dimly lit and cozy. The fruit infused water is always fresh and tasty. I love the hot tea as well. The massage therapist is the absolute best.
