• The amenities (earplugs, and then having medallions available and bracelets)that were offered. The explanation to my brother. The atmosphere was calm and I love that the blanket was offered to make everything cozy. I loved how the first time, we were given the foot salt bath as a complimentary gift. Also I was late and it didn't count against me I was given full time. Everything was excellent!
