Hi-Vi is a challenging full-body workout that maximizes every second of the 40-minute class. I haven't found anything quite like it at other exercise studios, and the instructors are fun, friendly and passionate about what they do. What a great place. Pilates has always intimidated me, especially pilates on a machine, but the ladies at hi-vi studios make me want to keep coming back. The class was fast-paced and hard for me, and there were definitely moments when I thought I would just keel over. But with great energy, kind encouragement, and specific attention, the instructors helped me finish the class strong. Fantastic workout in a super friendly environment.Christine C.

I've been coming to classes since February. During each class I'm constantly challenged. The moment I think a move is a bit easier , there is another more advancement move or I can add a spring with more resistance. Highly recommend .Rebecca S.

I used to believe that cardio was the end all, be all of fitness, but incorporating hi-vi into my weekly workout routine has finally enabled me to achieve the body I've sought all these year; I'm finally toned and have muscle definition where I never knew it existed.
