I don't usually enjoy group classes. This was my first yoga class at a studio...everyone was so welcoming, and professional; and the classes itself was very challenging

I felt very welcomed and cared about. The space is lovely and serene, and unlike many yoga studios I have attended, there wasn't a loud/chatty vibe at the beginning of class. I really liked Steph as a person and also thought she led a great class. I will certainly return.
