Steph is a very soothing heartfelt teacher. I like the space and the vibe of the community that practices there
Felt extremely comfortable and unwound, relaxed, only mildly challenged (to be challenged wasn't the goal of this class though), warm. Just a great vibe. Can't wait to try another class
