Steph was very welcoming, the studio was clean and comfortable, overall it was a rejuvenating experience. 10/10 I will be returning for more classes!

The yoga study is warm, welcoming, simple, clean. The instructors are excellent! I’ve tried a variety of classes/instructors there. Steph is my favorite. She brings a warm but serious tone/approach to teaching, provides some of the best verbal queuing I’ve ever received, and continues to encourage us to stay present and focused in the class, and to brush off discouragement with “failure “.
