• Loved Natalie's attention to detail and that she took her time (I didn't feel rushed at all). I also highly appreciated that the tools used on me were clearly sterilized and that she opened the package in front of me! The studio is clean and the staff are friendly. Also, loved the picture selection of nail shapes and that the colors I chose will be kept on file.
