• Everything was great! My only reason not for 10 is a small reason. The employee who did my nails never introduced herself to me so it was a bit awkward. Usually I'm greeted and asked to verify myself.

• There seemed to be confusion about price. I was quoted $37 on phone then $39 when there. Also confused about prices of a classic manicure, is there an additional charge to the $53 to remove polish. Otherwise, would have been a 10, Ginny was nice and a good technician.
