Warm and friendly and knowledgeable staff: I can't imagine a more welcoming space to practice.
Session was lovely, just a bit over-crowded
The guide was wonderful, she led me through great visualizations, helped me get to "that place of peace and awareness" welcoming place, though full with participants everyone was accommodating and generous with their gear and personal space, room, and lighting was perfect! Great environment, I was surprisingly relaxed and comfortable being there, as I'm new at this type of practice, and had some concern about not fitting into the atmosphere that I imagine is sought- Glenn
