Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable as it was my very first yoga class. Very nice to have Deb remember my name when I walkedin the door. I will be back.
Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff . Love the intro 2 weeks . Gives everyone a chance to pick a class that works for them .
