Great class
I have never been a big fan of yoga and found myself shying away from joining but decided to come to a free open house class with Wendi and immediately bought a 10 class pack and haven’t regretted it at all! Wendi has been so warm and welcoming and shows many ways to do the moves if you need modifications and it has been a pain free, eye opening experience!
