I forgot how good it feels to do yoga. I loved the teacher, it made me want to do it everyday!
Given my schedule, it is so helpful having a variety of class options (day, time, style). I can always find what works with my schedule, and more importantly, what my body/mind/spirit need. All of the instructors are amazing and they each bring such great energy to their practice. I am very grateful.
