I love harmony. Always sure to feel like a safe place to be on my mat in whatever way I need to be. Whether I’m sweating with the class or listening to it from child’s pose, being among the others in class feels supportive and good for my soul.

I have followed Jenn Ezell from another studio. Her yin and restorative classes are incredible. She opens with a beautiful meditation and her words throughout the practice allow you to really release and find peace. She is one-of-a-kind and I don’t mind driving 20 minutes to take her classes.
Mala's class is always a great flow through gentle movements with opportunities to challenge myself. She is calm, clear and easy to follow. Mala is also so welcoming and encouraging! Love Harmony classes!!
