I have not had a bad yoga class or experience and have been a member for many years!
I just moved from Jersey and the studio I was going to there was great but all the teachers had very similar flows so after a while it got to be a little monotonous. All the teachers here have their own unique way of teaching and the flows are all very different, it was really nice to do some poses that I don't get to practice much. Everyone is very friendly here and welcoming. Super cute studio 10/10 would highly recommend.
Every class is a great experience!
Love Mala's class- and so many others at Harmony! Always recommend Harmony to people I know!
easy check, studio perfect temp and the instructor (Charles) was outstanding. Perfect end to my weekend.
