I thoroughly enjoy classes at the studio. It is a very warm and welcoming environment. The instructors are kind and helpful. And I always feel re-energized and positive after taking a class.

Mala teaches with purpose and guides our practice in a gentle tone and with lots of encouragement and reinforcement. It is a wonderfully inclusive feeling, allowing me to focus on what I can do not what anyone else can do.
