Great staff and a good variety of classes and poses.
No matter what’s going on any day that I make it to a class at Harmony is a great day.

I have not had a bad yoga class or experience and have been a member for many years!
I just moved from Jersey and the studio I was going to there was great but all the teachers had very similar flows so after a while it got to be a little monotonous. All the teachers here have their own unique way of teaching and the flows are all very different, it was really nice to do some poses that I don't get to practice much. Everyone is very friendly here and welcoming. Super cute studio 10/10 would highly recommend.
