• I actually walked in with some low back discomfort that had been bothering me for while. I was adjusted by Chrio earlier that day and followed by a massage from Emily and I told her where I was hurting/having discomfort and it was the first time in a long time I could bend down to put my socks and shoes on without pain after the massage!
