• Hands in Harmony always has availability which is great as sometimes you need in right away due to injury or illness! The staff is so warm and welcoming and the massage therapists have all been very good in getting out all the kinks and then giving me tips on stretches or self massage techniques that I can do to help keeping myself feeling good. This massage was no different! Melanie asked what I needed in my appointment and focused on my neck and back that was causing my headaches. By the end of the hour my headache was gone for the first time in 2 days. She was very sweet and showed me the spot that was causing the tightness and showed me how I can work on that at home.
