• I have been coming to Hands in Harmony for a long time and have never had a regular therapist...I just book by what is open online the day before I go usually! I have never had a bad experience there, but my visit yesterday with Lauren was the best! She took time at the beginning of my appointment to talk about what I wanted and needed and used numerous techniques to provide some serious relaxation and relief. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am going to have to start planning ahead better so I make sure to see her again!
