• This was my first massage and the massage therapist explained the process and was so kind. I left feeling so much better - my husband noticed a difference in my posture and knots that have been in my shoulders for years are gone. Definitely a good experience.

• "Heavenly" is certainly a good way to describe Lauren's hands. And "Compassionate" is a good way to describe Lauren. If you don't quite know where your muscular problem is, Lauren will find it!

• I had a sports massage by Denny and it was exactly what my knots have needed for far too long! I am very active and “abuse” my body regularly. In the past, I haven’t had a massage that was deep enough to feel like it was doing much, but Denny is very good at making sure the pressure is comfortable on every muscle and working the problem areas. I feel amazing and I have already recommended him to others!
