Jenn is wonderful! Ladies at front desk are upbeat and welcoming. My first experience was definitely a 10.
The staff is incredible. Friendly, approachable and seem to love what they do. Also Martha the office dog makes coming to appointments even better.
I love Jen, she is knowledgeable and fun. My only reason I didn't give -10 is she is so popular that if you need to change appointment it's nearly impossible..
