Entire staff is always professional and super friendly
The class and Lahela were EXCELLENT. As a business: I could be wrong but I found zero info on the website, in the studio and the reminder email about parking. The building not providing any parking and having to park at meters on the street/in a lot around the corner is important info to share as it is not obvious to people not familiar with the area.
Kathy seemed very knowledgeable and hands on. I appreciate seeing a PT for the entire visit vs being handed off to a PT assistant. Alex at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The office is nice and conveniently located. Thanks! 🙏🏼
