Jamie was GREAT!! The music selection, volume, her flow, and temperature were all great and challenging for me. I have done yoga (off and on) for 20 years and my last class was early summer there but still, I couldn't find the right person for me. The only negative part was being so cramped in the studio but Jamie was so good that I was able to focus on what I had to do and the incredible feeling after the class stayed with me for hours!! 🙌 Thank you 🙏
