The energy at Hamsa is palpable. Brittany, Jamie and the teachers have created a safe, loving, nonjudgmental place to flourish as a yoga practitioner. All levels are welcome and following one’s own body cues is encouraged.

Good glass with a nice teacher. This was the glow flow for Halloween. Probably won't join any heated classes but will try your yin. I practice Astana style.
