Great environment, great instructor. Music was so so as Inlike "yoga music" on a Sunday morning work out but that's just a personal Preference. All good and we will be back.

Kate is an amazing instructor. Right from the moment you walk in and smell the insence & are greeted with a bubbly good morning the energy for the class is already set. Kate has a contagious positive and calming energy and I always feel so refreshed when i get the chance to take her classes.
