Thanks! The setting is extremely conducive to settling into a peaceful state. The poses were not particularly challenging, which allowed me to feel their full impact. I experienced some nausea, which I believe is a sign that there's an inventory of toxicity in my body that needs more yoga!! Gratefully, Phil
