She welcomed me before I even entered the door, the staff at the front desk instantly noticed me and greeted me with a smile and a warm hello. Very pleased with the facility and extremely please with the environment. Melissa and all the coworkers did a great job at accommodating me for the time I was there. will be returning!

• After a long week, and especially after the stress of Hurricane Irma, it was wonderful to "get away" for 60 minutes at the Haile Village Spa & Salon. Lucinda, as always, offers a great experience whether it is a hot stone or a Swedish massage. This past Saturday is was the latter and it was amazing. Cheryl F
