• Lucinda is an excellent massage therapist- she is as good as an acquaintance said she was! I also like the service aspect of your business: I like being given water, taken to the locker room (which is beautiful, comfortable & functional) being able to safely leave my belongings there & if I have an appointment afterwards I can shower & change there also. There is nothing to dislike about your spa as far as I am concerned.

• Every time I go to Haile Village Spa, it’s the most relaxing experience. I’ve never been to a salon with such amazing attention to detail and customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Michelle colored and cut my hair, and did an absolutely amazing job. Her 30 years of experience was evident, and I will definitely be going back in the future.

• To say Mel worked a miracle is an understatement. Mel consulted with me before the apt to make sure I felt comfortable, and talked me through what was needed for my hair. Although my hair is going to take time to get to where I want to be, she went above and beyond what I expected. She was professional, sweet and most of all compassionate about the condition of my hair. She stayed after her scheduled time to work on the disaster someone else created. She was the absolute best I’ve ever been to. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

• Michelle was fantastic!! I was going to a 1920s holiday party and I showed her a few pictures of some ideas, she went above and beyond to make me look fabulous for the party. She was so nice, listen to all of my ideas and was really efficient. Everyone commented at the party about how beautiful my hair looked. I would recommend her to anyone!!
