• Can I get a haircut every week? I am in love with Michelle--and hope this review and the number of peeps that stopped me to ask who did my hair doesn't mean she becomes impossible to book. She is new to the Haile Salon and I'm selfish that way. For starters, you are immediately offered a beverage when you check in, and I was taken right back with my delicious coffee--no awkward waiting. I asked for a stacked, angled, choppy bob, which I know from stylist friends is the hardest/complex/time consuming cut to do. Michelle showed me some pictures from google/Pinterest and was SPOT ON for my vision. Next, before getting to the shampoo bowl, she gives you an aromatherapy oil NECK AND SHOULDER massage!!! Sorry for the all caps but OMG, heaven. This is standard for her with every client. Then at the shampoo bowl she explains what products she used and why and gives the most amazing scalp massage with shampoo and conditioner. To be honest I have no idea what products she used as I was too zen and relaxed to pay attention. We chatted a bit while she cut, but she never lost complete focus on what she was doing and I never felt forced to carry on conversation. I have some balding spots from meds I take and she totally rolled with helping to cut to cover them or work around it (without judging or acting shocked...which is always rude and uncomfortable). She finished with the perfect styling tutorial on how to do it at home and I left with a fabulous haircut and the most relaxing, pampering experience ever. Price for the cut was $47 and no pressure to buy any products she used. Love, lov
