My massage with Tia was really wonderful. Just exactly what I needed. I've had a lot of massages in my life (car accidents left my body in need!). She really is the best! I fell asleep for a few minutes even. Sooo relaxing. Just the right pressure Also Rick was awesome helping with the app and appointments/payment. Very nice. Thanks!!

The staff at Grounded Wellness Center are very knowledgeable, listening to your aches and pains and explains what she is going to accomplish for the session.
