I have been going to Grounded Wellness basically since they first opened. Rick, Bridget and everyone that has been there makes me feel welcome and its like a family. I have learned so much about yoga and about myself. It always feels good to go back even when its been awhile. I have nothing but great things to say about Grounded and recommend them to my family and friends.
