I really enjoyed the class I took part in last night. The studio had a very relaxing atmosphere that allowed me to stay in touch with my energy and really focus on my breathing. I left feeling grounded and relaxed.
The studio is consistently clean and the staff are friendly. The class itself was excellent, with a well-balanced assortment of poses accompanied by good music.
It's a fun and friendly atmosphere!
My son loves going to Grounded for all the various camps they offer. He leaves each time, looking forward to his next camp at Grounded. So glad he has a great place to go on his days off from school.
