I had an absolutely blast, so many laughs, and the workout, I'd be excited to try a class that makes you sweat and really work
I felt so comfortable, the atmosphere was great, and I love that it was female only, made for a safe learning space.
The instructor, the young lady, I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism and teaching methods. Her humor was spot on for the age group and kept the class moving at a good pace. Very knowledgeable and made the class fun. All the stand was really great
I would absolutely 💯 recommend ans hope to attend more class in the future
