Luke is extremely welcoming, talented, and kind. Also very nice people at the session and very clean compared to other gyms. Unfortunately North bay isn't my place of residence so I will not be able to attend regularly but I will be back indefinitely.

It was a different type not workout than what I'm used to. A new way to push my body to new limits. Can't wait for next week
It's all around. Perfect for me. Five minutes from my house. Alora loves going there. It's her fourth time going. She looks forward to it and the staff is very very nice especially Vicky because that's usually how I deal with. Thank you.
