Excellent leadership/teaching. Every class has at least two techniques that are thoroughly explained and any questions are personally answered in detail. Excellent people/training partners. The people you see here are genuine good people. Everyday I get challenged and learn something from the people I train with. Owners are present and set a positive atmosphere at the door that you feel throughout the gym and especially onto the mats. Clean and nice looking throughout the gym.
