Teacher was amazing. I felt I could go at my own pace and challenge myself if needed but was happy to ease back into my practice and not feel guilty for not being at the same level as I once was.
Welcoming atmosphere, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend Grounded enough to people who are looking to improve their fitness , learn to defend themselves, compete , or just looking for a fun way to be active.
