The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and speak to both the virtual and studio participants with positive comments. Along with offering alternative poses when challenged we are all respected for our own ability.
Grounded is a very welcoming environment for all skill levels. The instructors provide extra support when needed. It's a motivating and very supportive team environment.
I rate Grounded 10/10 for the high quality of its yoga instructors and administrative assistants at the desk. The teachers are top-notch: they use just the right amount of non-judgmental yet challenging and constructive instruction.The administrative assistants are helpful, kind, and professional. If the attendance continues to be as high as it has been, Grounded may have to move to a more spacious studio. I found the women's change room very tight on space, but I'm not deducting a point for that, because the quality of the yoga and service trump the change room space for me.
