I enjoy the variation of all 3 instructors and enjoy the group I practice with. I'm only 3 months in and still have a ways to go with meditation as it doesn't come easy for me, but I'm learning and becoming more.comfortable. I'm happy I joined and look forward to my classes.
Quick reply to my online request for a call, clean, open spacious rooms, Eric who sneered my call was personable and informative. My daughters first trial day brought the biggest smile to her face; she was comfortable and enjoyed the coach Jayson who pushed class hard and was very informative about how to do things correctly.
I haven't been to a class in a really long time and everyone was so inviting and class was amazing!
The staff is welcoming, actually amazing.
I liked the way the birthday party was structured and the kids seemed to really enjoy themselves.
