• I love that this facility offers easy to join, no commitment classes at a reasonable price. The instructors are knowledgeable and easy to understand. The place is clean and the peppermint towels are to die for!

• Everyone was so welcoming and the Shelly showed us around the studio so that we were comfortable navigating the area. The energy and smell of the studio always puts me at ease as soon as I walk in. The yoga class with kavitha was exactly what I didn't know I needed.
