• Kavitha is one of the best instructors and what I call yoga royalty! She gets to know all those who practice with her and is really in tune with body limits to know when to encourage you to take a stretch further or modify for safety. Every class is exciting and different, as she focuses on teaching the foundation to stretches for all levels.
