The best Pilates experience I've had in studio. Such care is given during the semi-privates, with a focus on alignment and what works best for each body. I can't wait till Grace hopefully offers these semi-privates w equipment more than 1x a week! One of the most valuable fitness classes I've had the pleasure of taking. Love you guys!
