My teacher, Heidi, was incredibly kind and also challenged me so that I ended up feeling so much stronger after a few weeks. Everyone I encountered working at Grace was welcoming and made me feel like I belonged there even though I was brand new to pilates. Studio was bright and beautiful, too.

My first visit was a great warm welcoming. Alexas was super friendly and has great knowledge about pilates.The staff is very concerned on your workout durning pilates. I fill like im at home every time I attend pilates class. My body feels and looks amazing ..also I'm more flexible and lean.. Thanks Alexas ,Harmony , Amelia for making each class so special. I highly recommend grace yoga and pilates.
