Love glow yoga, fun, challenging and the atmosphere is so relaxing. As a mother of little ones it is a breath of fresh air.

Your instructor Jan is awesome. Love coming to her class. Attended her outdoor classes this summer. That is who introduced me to Glow. Also like the location in town and the feel of the old house is special. Also liked Zach and the restorative class on Sunday. Very relaxing.
