Great atmosphere. The instructor was very knowledgeable, and adapted the class to all levels. I felt very welcomed . Can't wait to go back .

The classes offered are great and so are all of the teachers. All levels of experience are accommodated and I always feel welcomed.
I really enjoyed Zach's class. He did an amazing job leading with his instructions. Sound therapy and healing is fascinating and I'm glad I tried it! I'm already signed for his next class on Sunday and Hope Glow will continue to offer that series or more like it. Sunday evenings are perfect
