Challenging classes with instructors who know what they are doing. We are visiting from Chicago and we are yogis! Love being able to travel and find a fantastic studio to practice yoga

Loved Both classes this week with Jen and Suzette. Loved the flow, the teaching moments and letting go in Savasana. They both are so good at reading what is needed in the group and filling that space with purpose. It is a sanctuary for reflection and growth🙏
