I think the sequences both instructors taught were good and difficult enough for the avid yogi but also good for the beginner
The atmosphere was also good
I do have to say that it wasn't very hot
I didn't look you up to see if you are advertising hot yoga or warm
My studio back home is much hotter for hot yoga and about your temperature for warm yoga
I was fine with the temp though
Loved the atmosphere and instructor Amy was wonderful! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
Suzette's class was amazing this morn. The environment of Glow is super special.
I think the studio is great and instructors are also very good!! I wouldn't recommend it to someone brand new to yoga, which is why I didn't say a 10. Perfect for an experienced yogi.
