The instructor was very nice and helpful. Studio was clean.

Ok. You asked, so here goes: I like the creative sequencing, interesting transitions and fun music. I am seeing so much repetitive sequencing in some studios and personally, I do not care for it. I get bored doing an hour of sun salutations. I like that you provide options for a more dialed down practice along with the opportunity to explore more difficult options - all within the same practice. Let's face it, some days you're feeling the need to push your edge and others, you're not. It's nice to be able to do both within one practice.
I like the thoughtfulness Jen puts into each class. Sometimes, I need to get out of my own head and be present, so the additional focus point provided is welcome.
It takes effort to put together a motivating and inspiring class. I want to see more teachers and studios do this.
