Atmosphere, instructor knowledge/skill and the feeling of happiness that I get from practicing in this studio.
Because they are amazing! They have the best staff, and best atmosphere with the absolute most amazing classes and trainings. They have changed my life for the better. 10 out of 10 stars!

The classes were very good- challenging & creative. I loved the music playing as you walked in- the studio decor had a cool vibe- quite zen- open & relaxing but also clean & professional. I took to glow flow classes from different teachers- different styles which provided both an equally effective yoga workout & variety. I am thrilled to have found Glow yoga during this vacation.
