• The staff member was so lovely and friendly! She did a really great job making me feel comfortable and provided the perfect brow wax. Additionally it's an excellent price for the service, the tools used are always clean and the building is aesthetically pleasing. Immaculate every-time.

• Everything was great except the girl wore latex gloves during the scalp massage and it was pulling/ripping out hair. Everything else was great!
